Diseño del sistema de gestión de calidad de la Empresa ARG Ingeniería Civil S.A.S. para la certificación de la Norma ISO: 9001 versión 2015

Abstract

The process of diagnosis and quality management system design for ARG INGENIERIA CIVIL S.A.S company is detailed, The company decides to create its management system to keep in force at the market, carrying out their processes clearly and providing security and confidence to their clients in the medium and long term. To achieve this, it is required preliminary Quality management system research in Colombia, mainly in related enterprises to their economic activity, as well as about the standards in force and legal requirements requested to different companies. A diagnosis of the current company state is made, considering each of the items assigning them a value from 0 to 10, based on collected information through surveys and interviews with all relevant stakeholders, as employees and customers. With each item diagnosis and the wheight that each one represents to the overall percentage, it is concluded that the company meets the requirements of the standard by 28%. Subsequently, the quality management system design is made under the requirements laid down in the latest version of standard ISO 9001. The results obtained from the diagnosis stage and the job safety and health system of the company were used to achieve it. Finally, the quality management system is reviewed and approved by senior management, for its respective release to all stakeholders.
