For the construction of this design, were used as instruments of data collection, the semi structured interview, the participant observation, the panel and the documentary analysis. The results show the lack of suitable teaching materials in the area of chemistry for secondary education. It concludes that the process of creating educational materials based on the design is an accomplice to different entities educational, as are teachers in the area of chemistry, typists, mediators, students, parents, as well as teachers in training to propose tools that complement and improve the different materials that are to participate in the educational process.
