Diagnóstico base para el análisis histórico ambiental en el Municipio de Funza

Abstract

This document is the result of a research process that was conducted on the municipality of Funza, located in the department of Cundinamarca, which is composed of a historical chapter, which contains information about the Muisca period, conquest and the colony. This chapter ends with a summary composed of decades (Contemplated since the decade of the 30) contemplating information about the municipality population growth, change from rural to urban vocation, urban growth). The second chapter contemplates a current diagnosis of the municipality, whose information is obtained through different types of sources (Databases, research works, consultation of sources, among others) and own analysis based on the analysis of data in order to to demonstrate the evolutionary process of the territory, having as a central axis the policies established in the Plan of Territorial Ordering; the urban growth that shows a physical change of the territory; ecological structure, ecosystems, bodies of water, which define the environmental importance that these exercise in the development of the territory. Finally, a third chapter explains the regional urban dynamics developed by the municipality with the city of Bogotá and the future projects that will be developed between these two municipal entities and the impact these will have on the municipality.
