Violencia Nuclear. Nuevo instrumento interpretativo del fenómeno de la violencia política de los años 50 en el municipio de Yacopí Cundinamarca, Colombia 1948 - 1953

Abstract

Research carried out in the municipality of Yacopí Cundinamarca through which the concept of nuclear violence was applied as an interpretive instrument of the phenomenon of political violence of the 1950s in this region. Through a series of interviews carried out with residents of the municipality who lived during the period studied (1948-1953), it was possible to apply nuclear violence as an interpretative instrument of this political phenomenon that hit the region. Before this moment of the investigation the concept of nuclear violence was elaborated taking as support a great number of theories and analytical categories from the anthropology to the political science, passing through the history among others. It can be defined as a concept under construction, subject to multiple theoretical objections, but with the intention of joining forces in the understanding of political violence in the country.
