Estandarización de las hojas de procesos y los esquemas de las operaciones de mecanizado para el taller de mecánica de la Facultad Tecnológica

Abstract

The present degree work focuses on the standardization of the representation of the process sheets, and, therefore, of the clamping devices, accessories and cutting and plotted tools that are involved in some manufacturing processes with material removal -particularly for the processes of: turning, drilling, milling, tracing and adjustment- that can be carried out in the Mechanics Workshop of the Technological Faculty of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. To accomplish the objectives of the work, the technical drawing standards established by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization), and assimilated by the Colombian Institute of technical Standards and Certification (ICONTEC) are taken. The main result of this degree work is materialized in the definition of the representation of the elements that, should be considered the process sheets to meet both technical requirements, as those essential for the formation of the professional profile of technologists who, they graduate from the program, and a schematic representation, of the devices and tools, which consider the proportionality between the different elements that are entailed to the representation of each of the operations that are performed on the different available machine - tools.
