Abstract

The current study seeks to generate an improvement plan proposal for the La Poma's ecologic park; In ordinance to reinforce the management of this important conservation area, that involve and enable be positioned in the best way in the conservation setting and territorial regulation; on local, regional, and national scales, achieving leverage as educational, scientific, cultural and natural setting. For that aim, it had structured two specific objectives; would allow counting with the needed inputs for having a general perspective of the park, identifying the form as yet had been addressed their management processes such as identify the priority actions to be directed for the CAEM and its program "Hojas Verdes", as area's administrators. It achieved through the collecting and the analysis of existing secondary data on the web; As well as some information provided for the program "Hojas Verdes de la Corporación Ambiental Empresarial" (CAEM), and through recollection of primary information from a virtual survey replicated to 159 people as visitors and park's connoisseurs. The set analysis of the prime and secondary information; allowed identify the key factors from which, was achieve generate an improvement plan proposal; that take elements guide the planning and manage of the area, since diagnostic and strategic standpoint. In pursuit to generate specific and clear action, that guide to operate the park in short, medium and long period. Accomplishing the above through the establishments of objectives, goals and manage’s clear indicators; That allows the same mode to advance actions of evaluation and monitoring, as a result, the feedback constantly the operate of the "Corporación Ambiental Empresarial", and its program "Hojas Verdes"; in the area's management processes, to achieve in future, through an updated focus and always improved. In pursuit to attain a high and appropriate use of the benefits, potentialities and the rest elements that comprise the real value of the area.
