Resumen
This document contains the final report of the internship process developed in the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, Zonal Fontibón, during the academic period 2022-3. This process was carried out within the framework of an inter-institutional agreement signed between the Francisco José de Caldas District University and the Colombian Institute of Well-being Family – ICBF – whose main purpose was support in counseling, from the pedagogical area, educational agents of early childhood programs. To meet this training commitment, a pedagogical project was implemented that included workshops on intervention and specific pedagogical accompaniments, as a strategy to strengthen the pedagogical commitment of the educational agents and community mothers of the institution. It is worth mentioning that for the construction and development of the proposal, different documents, such as public policies, pedagogical guidelines and guidelines on which early childhood education and care are based and, where art appears as one of the 4 own activities or guiding activities. From There, a look was built that determined the pedagogical approach, which must be intentional and structured to ratify art as a language, means of expression and childhood communication.
