Elaboración de zonas de valor similar mediante el cálculo del Índice de Valoración Predial (IVP) en las ciudades de Cartagena, Florencia y Montería y estructuración de información catastral para los avalúos de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas -URT como contribución a la Subdirección de avalúos del Igac.

Abstract

Specifically, the work performed consisted of supporting the preparation of information, debugging and analysis of the real estate market and cartographic productions for the project of calculating the Property Valuation Index -IVP, which the IGAC carries out jointly with the DANE for the annual readjustment of cadastral appraisals in the 22 capital cities, for the development of the document that supports the internship, the analysis of the cities of Cartagena, Florencia and Monteria was made. On the other hand, support was provided in the preparation of rural appraisal reports corresponding to the administrative contract that IGAC had with the URT; support was provided in the purging and feeding of the urban and rural appraisal background module that serves as input for future appraisals; support was provided in attending appraisal committees for the preparation of the minutes of the same.
