Resumen
During the last three years, the Ministry of Culture has put into practice an initiative that seeks to transform musical pedagogy in the municipal schools of the country. This, through some guidelines with pedagogical guides that are socialized through the diploma courses. There are already three editions that include the levels of initiation, basic and medium. There were six students of the District University linked to this process that now enters into the Research and Innovation modality and therefore, the main goal is to make a field work of audiovisual record and description through field journals, which leads to the analysis and contrast between what happens in the diploma courses and what the Middle Level Guidelines say. Disability represented the main axis of the contents, since on this occasion there was the presence of the teacher Maria Cecilia Tamayo as the adviser of this regional. The professors were interested in these contents and they were developed in different ways. As a result of contrasting with the guidelines, several conclusions were drawn, among which are the particular level of this regional or the effectiveness of rotating the advisors.
