Estructura Normativa para el Desarrollo del Laboratorio de Picosatélites CubeSat-UD de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José De Caldas

Abstract

The investigation bases on the development of the System of Management of the Quality by means of the norm ISO NTC 17025:2005 " General Requirements for the laboratory competition of test and calibration ", that allows to standardize the processes that are carried out to the interior of Picosatellite's Laboratory of the University Distrital, in agreement the requirements demanded by the norm allowing the certification and accreditation of this one, with the aim to qualify and offer services of high quality to scientific and academic level to the community interested in developing activities of investigation in the aerospace field, specifically of assemble and it tries launch of small satellites (CubeSat). Additional to this, specific the process that must follow later to the implementation of the S.G.C before the entity accreditator ONAC (National Organization of Accreditation of Colombia), to achieve the accreditation of the laboratory and to guarantee the reliability of the results that there are obtained.
