Resumen
The ecotourism activity in Colombia over the years has become more relevant, thanks to its ecosystemic and megadiverse potential, thus offering opportunities for environmental, social and economic development in the country and the surrounding communities where it is practiced. The Tayrona National Natural Park established as a protected area in the country, located in the department of Magdalena in the city of Santa Marta is one of the most attractive places for tourists, it is a strategic place for conservation and management, because it has a variety of climates, ecosystems and biodiversity, which leads to several ecotourism activities within it that may represent a risk to the health of tourists who visit it, in addition to this there are inadequate conditions in terms of infrastructure and planning within the park itself. The research aims to propose solutions and prevention alternatives to optimize and reduce the risk of ecotourism activities in the park by zoning and mapping the areas of the park that represent the greatest risk to tourists.
