Mejoramiento del Proceso de Pintura Electrostática a Partir Del Análisis de La Red de Alimentación y el Sistema de Puesta a Tierra en La Empresa Pintutecnia SAS

Abstract

Taking into account the objective of the company PINTUTECNIA SAS to position itself as a company with high quality standards in all aspects, it was necessary from the technical side to make an improvement of the painting process, for this improvement was based on an analysis of its electrical network, earthing system and a verification that of compliance with the regulations in force for this, a survey of the entire electrical installation was carried out, based on this a diagnosis was made of: the feeding of each one of the the equipment that involves the production process, the status of each of the drivers associated with each branch, the protections associated with each circuit, the earthing topology used. In addition, measurements were made to verify the state of the resistance of the ground and the corresponding electrodes together with resistance measurements exclusive to the paint booth, all the data found led to a series of corrections and recommendations of form and background all covered under the framework of the corresponding standards for this type of facility, based on the recommendations and modifications given, an investment projection was proposed in order to implement them in the short term.
