Abstract

The proposal for the formulation of the standards of the management system and safety and health at work and environmental management system based on the ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards for the company Producciones GNR SAS, dedicated to dubbing, is proposed. and subtitling for the film industry, world television, video game platforms and other audiovisual media. For the design, documentation and presentation of the SG-SST and EMS proposal, firstly a context of the organization will be developed, understanding its operation and determining its needs, followed by an initial diagnosis in which the current situation of the company, subsequently the risks and opportunities faced by the company's workers are identified and evaluated and the initial environmental review is carried out together with the environmental policy, which allows the development of environmental objectives and an improvement in performance environmental of the company, then planning and operational control is proposed, based on the results obtained from the previous diagnosis and finally with the evaluation of compliance that allows projecting the activities according to the cycle of continuous improvement. In accordance with what was previously stated, the expected results are evidenced in an improvement in individual and organizational security, which allows a preventive and proactive approach, generating safe spaces where workers can function in their respective work areas effectively, the objectives are intended to be achieved. in environmental aspects in an effective way such as: reduction of adverse impacts to the environment generated by the activities carried out, improvement in terms of environmental performance contemplating optimization of resources, reduction of waste generation, all this to obtain a continuous improvement of its activities and environment . In addition to compliance with current regulations and consequently the exclusion of sanctions against the company. The proposal for the formulation of the SG-SST and SGA will be presented to the company Producciones GNR SAS, making it clear that the purpose of the document is not the implementation of the standards, although the importance that these have in the operation of the company will be highlighted.
