Resumen
The current research work aims to determine the advantages of implementing an income rate for agricultural use, which could generate the rural properties which are located in the Nazareth district, which conforms the locality No 20, Sumapaz, of the Capital District of Bogotá. The land leasing process in Colombia occurs through contracts or agreements made between the parties to give access to the land in exchange for an income.“When it comes to a permanent or semi-permanent crop that is already installed, what is lease is the plantation”. “The leasing es a complex production system that combines labor and the land rights to generate an income and agricultural products”. In the buying and selling process of rural properties, phenomena such as speculation and /or distortion of the negotiation price, product of the market estimated, the income rate proposal based on the agricultural and livestock production allows to obtain a “price” market a more objective and closer to reality.
