Resumen
This text is based on the research-innovation process in the project - Centro Acacia of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas (UDFJC). Following the research, this project provides theoretical and didactic elements for the design of a didactic unit that aims to perform an affective and accessible learning environment by means of ICTs, through ethnic narratives, in this case, narratives of the grassroots communities of San Andres y Providencia. The theoretical basis of this research is mainly focused on the analysis of: Affective and Accessible Learning Environments, Affectivity, Accessibility, Diversity, References and Curricular Standards that take into account the diversity and use of ICT, in addition to a compilation of information on the grassroots community - its historical-cultural process and educational problems - for the construction of the didactic unit.
