Apoyo administrativo al proceso de reestructuración y fortalecimiento de la Fundación para el Desarrollo Social Siglo XXI Fundes XXI

Abstract

The Foundation for Social Development XXI Century "FUNDES XXI", is an institution dedicated to the development of programs in the fields of recreation, sport, culture and conservation of the environment; Currently runs the sports training program called "FUNDESCUELAS", which aims to integrate children and young people through sports programs of high social impact that benefit vulnerable populations in various sectors of the Colombian capital. Administratively it presents shortcomings that do not allow to him to have information of first hand and that prevent its growth and positioning, reason why its managers, in identifying these deficiencies, decided to obtain a student of sports administration so that it developed its practices in the entity and to generate plans that Improve their operation. To this end, this work was carried out in which strategies were implemented that directly attack three fundamental objectives for improvement, which are: 1. Administrative restructuring, including classification of documents and archiving of the same. 2. Economic Strategy: The Godfather Plan was developed with the purpose of generating economic resources that allow to solve the activities of the sports program of the foundation and 3. Manual of Functions and Procedures, that establishes responsibilities in all the levels of the charges of the people Which belong to the entity.
