Estudio de caso sobre el saneamiento predial en la Vereda De Guina Del Municipio De Machetá, como una etapa en un proyecto de catastro multipropósito orientado hacia la implementación de un sistema de administración de tierras

Abstract

The subject of this degree work is to carry out a case study about the property sanitation in the village of Guina of the Municipality of Machetá Cundinamarca with data obtained in the field and through the virtual platform of the Geographical Institute Agustín Codazzi carrying out an analysis of the situation property of the path and what are the formality and informality indexes in the titling of the properties. The public data obtained through the IGAC platform limits the results of the analysis of the property situation of the Municipality of Guina. Therefore, information is taken from other official documents resulting from rigorous investigations regarding the land in Colombia, obtaining results from the general to the particular that allows understanding the real estate situation of the Municipality of Macheta as opposed to the predial situation of the rest of the country. This document refers to general aspects of the Multipurpose Cadastre as a stage in the development of the peace process and the importance of the topography and the topographic engineer in the development of this project.
