Resumen
This research work seeks to answer the question: ¿What are the characteristics of the impact of the use of a didactic strategy based on cooperative learning in the development of textual interpretation with fifth grade students? This strategy was implemented in the Baraya Educational Institution, Galera Sucre during the year 2021 with 22 fifth-grade students. The research takes as theoretical assumptions the development of textual interpretation mediated by cooperative learning. A mixed qualitative and quantitative methodology was adopted for the interpretation and description of the research problem. As results, significant advances are obtained in the processes of the students' textual interpretation and it is concluded that cooperative work enriched with multimodality enables natural, participatory and creative learning.
