Resumen
Usually, it has been believed that connectivity problems in third world countries such as Colombia, only occur in rural areas, however, the pandemic of Covid 19, revealed the deep gaps, inequality and difficulties that families must overcome every day, not only in deep Colombia, but also those who live in the capitals of the country. The confinement that began in March 2020, little by little, as if removing the layers of an onion, began to reveal the connectivity deficiencies that students, teachers and the educational community of universities, high schools, elementary schools and early childhood experienced. Gone was the imaginary that children and adolescents handled digital platforms almost innately. At the same time, the lack of knowledge on the part of teachers in technological issues and work with social networks came to light, which were supplied by their imagination and creativity, which was driven by the urgency to continue with the educational practice. The studies and effects of mass remote teaching in the year 2020 were incipient; information on the positive and negative effects in pedagogical, psychological, economic, and medical terms are still being analyzed. What we do know is that contrary to what happened in the first world, where public policies made the Covid 19 crisis more bearable, the national and foreign inhabitants of Colombia, especially those in vulnerable situations, suffered various afflictions not only academically, but also nutritionally, physically and psychologically. How did the teachers, children, and guardians of a school located in the south of the city of Bogotá, face this crisis? What pedagogical strategies were adopted in the midst of the pandemic to ensure that each child was assured the inalienable right to be educated? Were there tensions between teachers, parents and students when faced with various technological mechanisms to successfully carry out classes in a continuous manner?
