Abstract

The development of the country brings integral improvements in the road infrastructure, which generates social benefits, economic growth and the product of the country, which has led the government of Colombia to build and progressively improve the country's vital roads through the concessions of fourth generation or 4G. In the development of these projects, it is necessary to carry out a priori studies of the areas intervened by them, in the development of these projects, in practice, in the development and production of the Homogeneous Physical Zones (ZHF) and Homogeneous Geoeconomic Zones (ZHG), which allow defining sectors of similar commercial value and characteristics to be able to make a budgetary projection in the acquisition of the land areas required in the development of the road project. Some of the products of this project the cartographic maps of the homogeneous zones, the objectives of the research, the calculation excel and the geodatabase and shapefiles of the corresponding results. The development of the Physical and Geoeconomic Homogeneous Zones is essential for a road infrastructure project, thanks to which it offers a budget area to intervene.
