Resumen
The present research work was carried out in the area of the pilot plan for ecological restoration-El Quimbo Hydroelectric Project, in the department of Huila, with the purpose of evaluating graft types under the influence of the lunar phases in the Sapindus saponaria species L., For this it was necessary to determine in nursey the incidence of grafting techniques in bevel, wedge, shield budding and tongue, as well as the lunar phases (full, shrinking, growing and new) in the exit of the grafts, to re-evaluate in the field the survival of the same, all this in order to contribute to the protocol of domestication of the species under study; This is due to the fact that no graft studies have been reported on the native forest species, as well as the existence of studies on the influence of lunar phases on reproductive techniques in forest species. The study is based on the development of grafting techniques, previously carried out in fruit species, with the consequences of reducing fruit production times, as well as the increase in fruit yields. Methodologically the study that is taking into account the disposition of the plant material that is arranged as the standard for the development of the research in the field of the vision of the Natura Foundation in the area of ecological restoration, with what can be done factorial design completely randomized, with 16 treatments (treatment of the lunar phases -injection techniques) each treatment with 3 repetitions and each unit of repetition with 8 sample units, for a total of 384 individuals. The treatments that responded best to the 45 days was T7 (full moon-graft tongue), T10 (waning moon-wedge graft) and T14 (new moon wedge graft) as those that are best shown with a 33.33% seizure, a difference of the treatments T1, T5, T9 and T13 associated with the technique of shield budding in the four lunar phases with a 0% of exit , finally they were taken to the field 16 individuals with a survival of 100% in a few months elapsed after sowing.
