Abstract

A document management system focused on the systematization of the management process of non-nominal contracts of a company can become essential when optimizing the time of those who administer these processes. At Protista Colombia S.A, the decision has been made to implement a web module compatible with the SAMTIC platform (the company's main information management platform) so that the management of non-nominal contracts goes through an optimal and reliable process that reduces the probability of human error when carrying out such important work for any company. Using a cascade methodology and the Model-View-Controller architecture pattern, it was possible to implement this module, capable of saving a digital copy of the contracts to facilitate their management and monitoring of all the documents associated with a framework contract (otherwise, annexes AND Unique Formats of News FUN ).
