Mejoramiento del proceso de entrega de muestras médicas a entidades de salud

Abstract

The process of distribution of medical samples by the Laboratory has been an inconvenience from three perspectives, control for the same company, waiting for health entities and of great concern for more than one patient benefited from this medicine. With the intervention in the process it is evidenced that it is an internal matter of the company, since they require a series of steps, some important and necessary, such as other unnecessary ones and also approvals to be authorized the due shipment. Therefore, we want to project an implementation of a platform where it facilitates and improves the entire methodological process and times. This does not mean that it completely omits the physical process since internal policies are impossible, but if the digital process takes place from the time the request arrives until it is dispatched.
