In accordance with the legal requirements and guidelines established for Management in Occupational Safety and Health, of the Agustín Codazzi Geographical Institute (IGAC), this monograph work is established PROPOSED GUIDELINES FOR LEGAL COMPLIANCE IN FORCE IN THE SYSTEM OF WORK SAFETY AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT BY THE INTERNAL WORKING GROUP (GIT) OF GEODESIA, GIT that is responsible for complying with the policies of the Geocentric Reference System for the Americas - SIRGAS; and at the same time it intends to comply with the responsibilities associated with compliance with the Policy of the Management System in Occupational Health and Safety Management of the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute, “article 6. Responsibility. The roles and responsibilities associated with compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Policy are identified as follows: 3. Joint Committee on Occupational Safety and Health. Review of the Comprehensive Risk Management Policy, for presentation to the General Directorate for approval. ”(IGAC, Resolution 475, 2016); The need is created to generate guidelines for the fulfillment of the SG-SST, with the purpose of improving and verifying the inconsistencies presented in the field, as well as observations presented by the research generated through this monograph work, where the Geodesy GIT, It will benefit, since by identifying the anomalies presented in a timely manner, more timely and effective compliance can be achieved in order to strengthen the activities carried out in the field and office, obtaining as a result the organization within the GIT, regarding compliance with the System of Occupational Health and Safety Management, through guidelines that will generate prevention actions, mitigation of possible incidents, accidents and / or occupational diseases, thus achieving the protection of the social, mental and physical well-being of all personnel.
