Una experiencia formativa a partir de la observación de las estrategias pedagógicas y didácticas de docentes en procesos de formación de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Resumen
The research reported in this report groups different pedagogical projects carried out by teachers in the Bachelor's degree in Child Pedagogy, from the Francisco José de Caldas District University within the line of deepening Language, Creation and Communication (LCC) corresponding to the semesters VIII to X of the deepening cycle of this degree, attached to the Faculty of Sciences and Education of said university, during the years 2016 and 2017. The research macroproject Pedagogical and didactic possibilities of Art and Language in training of pedagogues for children for the attention of children with Educational Needs in contexts of diversity of the programs ¨Cultivarte¨ and House of the Afro rights ¨Margarita Hurtado" of the Locality of Bosa, compiled the contextualization of the population, where socioeconomic aspects were included , educational, family, among others. In addition, it focused on visualizing a problem in a community or in a non-formal education space in the town of Bosa, specifically in the program "Cultivarte" and the "Rinconada Afro" belonging to the afro-rights house Margarita Hurtado, for give a solution within this context based on the pedagogical proposals offered by teachers in training. It is important to clarify that each of the interventions carried out by the teachers in training were focused on meeting the needs that arise in the spheres of the individuals; to address each one of them, we counted on literary elements and artistic expressions, which I analyzed as investigation assistant.
