In the development of the practice of veterinary medicine, there are different types of impacts on the environment, including the generation of hospital-type waste, the disposal of medication containers, the disposal of ordinary waste, and recycling; To avoid these impacts, an environmental management plan must be carried out that covers all strategic, missional and support processes in order to achieve legal compliance and be able to mitigate any possible impact on the environment, achieving benefits for the community. company, its operation, and implementation of environmental alternatives that strengthen and position itself in the veterinary market; At the Chani Cocker veterinary clinic located in the city of Bogotá, Fontibón neighborhood, Modelia neighborhood, the development of an environmental management plan is planned in compliance with district regulations, adapted to the real needs of the establishment and helping the organization to control its impact. environmental and grow sustainably and encourage suppliers and customers to implement the environmental system and thus position itself as a company of leadership and commitment.
