Apoyo a la construcción de los programas de desarrollo con enfoque territorial en el municipio el Rosario, departamento de Nariño desde un enfoque de Sistema de Información Geográfica participativa

Abstract

In the framework of the program, Manos a la paz, initiative of the high council for the post-conflict, the exercise of the internship is developed, in the specific support to the activities of the Territorial Renewal Agency -ART, entity in charge of coordinating the programs of development with territorial approach-towards the new colombian field: Integral rural reform. The development of the internship occurs in the municipality of Rosario, department of Nariño, located in the western mountain range by the slope of la Patía, it is one of the 170 priority municipalities and is located in the PDET subregion "Norte del Cauca and alto Patía " An exercise of support for the given functions of the ART is proposed, based on the methodology of the Participatory Geographical Information System (GIS-P), to strengthen the participation of the community in the planning, development and actual fulfillment of the PDET carried out in a pilot exercise in the village of la Sierra, an experience that can be replicated in other scenarios. In the results, the territorial dynamics are highlighted, progress is made in the execution of the first phase of the PDET, in addition to evidencing the involvement in the transmission of data in the same place through the peace actions that are carried out in them.
