Diseño e Implementación de Manuales de Uso en Equipos Analizadores de Redes, Certificadores de Cable Estructurado y Medidores de Resistencia de Puesta a Tierra

Abstract

The present grade project, it developed under the intership form in the company INECTEL S. A. S., which develops functions of consultancy and works in the electrical area, executing demand projects with excellent results. It redeems functions of design of networks of medium and low tension, additionally of internal lighting and public system of illumination. For quality norms, the company is in charge of verifying that the networks are in the best possible state and to be projected to future problematic, raising solutions to shortly and long term. In accordance with the previous thing, the present work framed the development of a few documents that were facilitating the use of teams for the analysis of the electrical systems and of telecommunications, in the area where the company realizes activities of construction and of improvement. Initially there was analyzed the methodology implemented on the part of the workers and its way of executing the measurements. Being based on the technical norms of the electrical sector for the use of measuring devices, both national and international, there were established milestones of handling of the team and of the record of information, later to capture them in a manual, which contains an understandable language for its reading. Jointly to the design of the manuals it did the cross-check to itself in field of the functionality of the guides, so that the targets will be corroborated and the application of the same ones, therefore, this represented a solution to the company, to the advantage of the progress in the part of quality management.
