Resumen
The discharge of domestic wastewater represents one of the sources of most important water contamination, therefore, in the framework of basic sanitation, the Article 12 of Decree 3100 of 2003 on PSMV, was regulated by resolution 1433 of 2004 of the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development (MAVDT), presenting that, there must be a goal of reducing the contaminant load and, all the Users providing the sewage service subject to the payment of the rate must submit to the Competent Environmental Authority the Sanitation and Waste Management Plan Spills (PSMV). Based on the above, this work addressed the problem of the Veredal Aqueduct Pasquilla Center of town 19 Ciudad Bolívar, which does not have a Plan of Sanitation and Management of Discharges (PSMV) required in current national regulations. Additionally, the existing wastewater treatment system that was built more than 30 years ago. In this sense, the PSMV and a wastewater treatment system are proposed. for the Pasquilla Centro village aqueduct (APC), based on the analysis of the current wastewater treatment system and the selection matrix is formulated and implementation of a new technology that complies with the legal frameworks and generates a correct prevention of contamination of receiving water sources. according to what above, the design of the selected system is included, with its respective requirements and costs.
