| dc.description | En el contenido de este proyecto se define los pasos para la implementación de un sistema de comunicación de actos y condiciones inseguras (pirámide SHE), con el objetivo de desarrollar un programa preventivo que permita disminuir los accidentes y enfermedades laborales, así mejorando condiciones laborales de los colaboradores. Se hace el diagnóstico a partir de la metodología PHVA, con el fin de definir el estado actual en el que se encuentra la compañía DHL FORWARDING S.A en términos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo SST, para a partir de allí establecer las actividades de implementación de un sistema de comunicación de actos y condiciones inseguras. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | In the content of this project, the steps for implementation are defined of a system of communication of unsafe acts and conditions (pyramid SHE), with the aim of developing a preventive program that allows reduce accidents and occupational diseases, thus improving conditions employees' work.
