Abstract

The work of degree in modality of internship of the student Luis Alejandro Montaño Vásquez was carried out in the company DESARROLLO EN INGENIERIA S.A. located in the city of Bogota D.C. practising as Assistant of Engineering in the Department of Biddings. The purpose of the intern was to update the tender schedule, the respective search of conditions in the public procurement portal - SECOP, as well as the daily verification of additions and changes in the same, in the same way the development of the analysis of The documents and the subsequent creation of proposals in order that the organization manage to acquire some contract studied. Through the continuous analysis of the intern was created a tool to facilitate the development of the presentation of a proposal in the organization, the intern created a platform in Excel file where a compendium of resumes was simplified in order to avoid Loss of time in the search for the same, as had been done previously.
