Resumen
The work of degree in modality of internship of the student Luis Alejandro Montaño Vásquez was carried out in the company DESARROLLO EN INGENIERIA S.A. located in the city of Bogota D.C. practising as Assistant of Engineering in the Department of Biddings. The purpose of the intern was to update the tender schedule, the respective search of conditions in the public procurement portal - SECOP, as well as the daily verification of additions and changes in the same, in the same way the development of the analysis of The documents and the subsequent creation of proposals in order that the organization manage to acquire some contract studied. Through the continuous analysis of the intern was created a tool to facilitate the development of the presentation of a proposal in the organization, the intern created a platform in Excel file where a compendium of resumes was simplified in order to avoid Loss of time in the search for the same, as had been done previously.

El trabajo de grado en modalidad de pasantía del estudiante Luis Alejandro Montaño Vásquez se llevó a cabo en la empresa DESARROLLO EN INGENIERIA S.A. ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. ejerciendo como Asistente de Ingeniería en el Departamento de Licitaciones. El pasante tuvo como función la actualización del cronograma de licitación, la respectiva búsqueda de pliegos de condiciones en el portal de contratación pública- SECOP, así mismo la verificación diaria de adendas y cambios en los mismo, de la misma manera el desarrollo del análisis de los documentos y la posterior creación de propuestas con el fin de que la organización lograse adquirir algún contrato estudiado. Mediante el análisis continuo del pasante se logró crear una herramienta para facilitar el desarrollo de la presentación de una propuesta en la organización, el pasante creo una plataforma en archivo Excel donde se consignó un compendio de hojas de vida de manera simplificada con el fin de evitar pérdidas de tiempo en la búsqueda de las mismas, como se venía haciendo anteriormente.
