Abstract

This document offers a look at the results of the internship carried out in the area of Administration, Control and Technical Verification of Geodetic and Topographic Equipment of the Agustín Codazzi Geographical Institute (IGAC). It was identified that the first need should be to carry out an inventory of the geodetic equipment that the area currently has in its facilities and the permanent stations installed in the national territory. For this, the construction of a methodology was proposed to carry out the collection of the information of the equipment and the subsequent construction of the inventory. The development of a macro in Excel was carried out that automates and orders the relevant information of each of the geodetic equipment: of the minor tool in the area and the implements that are used for the installation of permanent geodetic stations nationwide. Finally, a support manual is delivered for the use of the tool.
