Resumen
Different pressures on a rurban territory affect its sustainability, altering the socioecological and productive relations of the inhabitants that inhabit it. In light of the principles of sustainable rural development, the ecological, socio-economic, productive technological and political institutional characteristics are defined in the area of influence of the Tunja Cómbita road corridor, located in the vereda San Onofre. In the same way, the historical behavior in the occupation and land use is established through a multi-temporal analysis that allows to identify the changes that occurred in the 1995-2015 period in the area and finally, the territorial trends for the area are presented study.

Distintas presiones sobre un territorio rurbano afectan su sostenibilidad, alterando las relaciones socioecológicas y productivas de los pobladores que lo habitan. A la luz de los principios de desarrollo rural sostenible, se definen las características ecológicas, socioeconómicas, tecnológicas productivas y político institucionales en el área de influencia del corredor vial Tunja Cómbita, ubicado en la vereda San Onofre. De igual forma se establece el comportamiento histórico en la ocupación y el uso del suelo a través de un análisis multitemporal que permita identificar los cambios sucedidos en el periodo de 1995-2015 en el área y por último, se presentan las tendencias territoriales para la zona de estudio.
