Resumen
The management of occupational hazards must be seen as a form of intervention that is in management an effective form for the improvement of working conditions, this is that it becomes a tool to align the mission and organizational objectives of the company with the objectives in occupational health and safety, promoting the sustainability of the business, the well-being and the quality of life of all the members of an organization. The management of occupational hazards in a company involved in the entertainment industry that has more than 2,000 employees needs to be managed, communicated and disseminated in all work centers distributed nationwide, in order to prevent future work accidents and illnesses labor. Being centralized and due to the high turnover of staff in the main cities, the organization does not have a mechanism or tool that allows it to fulfill its responsibility to train and promote occupational safety and health, especially the risks to workers. any that each and every one of the employees are vulnerable, whether direct, indirect or contractors. Identifying the needs of the entertainment company in which the project is developed and evaluating the possible alternatives that can be developed for the prevention of occupational hazards, the design of the “SG-SST –APP”, which supports twelve modules developed For the management and dissemination of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the company will generate a culture of promotion and prevention through learning and communication.
