Resumen
The construction has become increasingly important in the environmental field due to its impact on the physical, biotic and socioeconomic components, due to the lack of planning in the integral management of solid construction waste. So the raid on this medium becomes relevant to generate quality and efficient strategic solutions, that allow to diminish the disposition of CDW without having been recycled at least once. Besides contributing to the mitigation of the impacts caused by the construction sector, this is a good opportunity to generate utility through the management and subsequent transformation of CDW which in turn favors the reduction of the volume of waste and promotes the sustainable development of Bogotá. Taking into account what has been said, and taking into account the problems currently facing the city of Bogotá, it is considered of great importance to determine the feasibility of the location of a transforming plant for construction and demolition waste (CDW), as an essential part of the stimulus of new strategies that ensure a better use of the CDW, and reduce their negative impacts on society and the environment.
