Asistencia técnica y administrativa en la formulación de guías metodológicas de planes de gestión de desastres de las entidades públicas y privadas (PGRDEPP) para la empresa Profesional Hidráulico S.A.S.

Abstract

This degree work corresponds to a proposal on a guide methodology of disaster management plans for public and private entities (PGRDEPP), with the objective that the professional company HIDRÁULICO S.A.S. get the structure to develop disaster risk management plans with the purpose of in order to analyze the risks found, where it seeks to expose, control and mitigate according to the indications that are suggested, about said risks. On the other hand, this guide methodology provides detailed clarity for the company or organization to have a vision of the risks that may arise towards its employees, activity productive and the whole company in general. This document focuses on the company KENWORK INDUSTRY which does not has no track record on disaster management plans, this company as any other is exposed to threats and vulnerabilities that may affect its operation, efficiency or chievement of objectives; likewise, when generating a management plan of disasters it is evident that it is the most appropriate way to measure and understand the impact of the associated risk, and therefore, its prevention or mitigation. Disaster risk management plans in public and private entities are a method by which these entities must identify, prioritize, formulate and schedule a follow-up to the necessary actions to know and reduce the risk according to Law 1523 of 2012, in addition to the importance of the way in which manage the possible consequences, and likewise their possible investment in said documents and collective operations that benefit the corresponding organization .
