Abstract

The modules of "Construction Project Management", "Construction Project Management" and "Cost Analysis and Control" (Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Calda, 2021b) of the first semester, intend to be approached in a transversal manner and with a critical perspective. facing a segment of Bogota microenterprises that at the time had as their main objective the development of construction projects or locative adaptations and that for different reasons (technical, financial, legal, etc.) had to enter the process of economic insolvency before the superintendence of societies. In such a way that from these three disciplines and under specific concepts studied in said modules such as the PMBOK and its areas and processes or for example the concept of "The value of money over time" a clear and simple diagnosis of the causes is developed. that led to their completion. Owner managers and project directors of companies of the same nature as the companies under study are the most benefited from the development of the monograph, which, although its objective is to obtain a diagnosis, will serve as a basis for scanning the reasons and incorrect paths that their peers took to take them to their current state, in the same way as a parallel result, a series of specific recommendations for said companies in terms of strategies and possibilities to address the problems that could not be solved at that time. weather.
