Abstract

In this text he has expressed the proposal for the implementation of strategic planning for the Gimnasio la Casita de los Niños under the Balanced Scorecard model. The work carried out at the plant, in a primary education institution in the town of Bosa located in Bogotá (Colombia). The content of this plan begins with the base of the base as the geographical location of the educational institution by means of the application of the software, making a diagnosis based on the information provided by the directors and teachers of the organization, A Table of Integral Command and generating a socialization on the part of the leaders directed to all the participants of this initiative (Director and Teachers), which seeks tools for a possible implementation of the model.
