Resumen
This study, entitled “Workplace Induction and Alignment with the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) of the Pedagogical Model through Managerial Leadership at Gimnasio Femenino.”, examines academic management in relation to the school’s institutional guidelines. The research aims to understand how new teachers adapt to the educational environment through their knowledge and comprehension of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) and its underlying pedagogical model. The theoretical framework employs a qualitative methodology, including interviews and focus groups. The study addresses issues related to the teacher induction process from a pedagogical perspective and the development of teaching practices within the institutional model, as well as their alignment with the international curriculum. Finally, the descriptive study’s conclusions highlight the importance of establishing a protocol that provides new teachers with the necessary tools and promotes continuous professional development, ensuring effective support and mentoring processes within the institution.
