Defining the criteria for talent education in research is vital because it seeks to understand how adolescents can identify, propose alternatives to put their performances and skills into action, in order to build self-confidence and development in the project. of life, where they define a meaning of life based on the exploration of their intelligences by putting them into action. When teens are not taught about talent, they are often impressionable or biased without knowing who they are or what qualities and uniqueness they possess. This research seeks to delve into issues of intelligence, talent, and exceptionality, for which a process was proposed that had as contexts of action the Marco Fidel Suárez and INEM schools in the city of Bogotá, whose ninth and tenth grade students were the subjects of this study. process. The purpose of this phenomenological research is to develop an educational proposal for the training and orientation of adolescents who have had confusion, doubts, lack of orientation to find their meaning in life and educate their talent in public and private schools in the city of Bogotá.
