Resumen
This study aims to demonstrate the direct relationship of the nutritional status of each collaborator with the work performance, a cross-sectional cohort study will be carried out, being an observational and descriptive study that measures prevalence in a place and in a determined time this by means of anthropometric variables to calculate The nutritional diagnosis along with the calculation of work performance. In case of a negative relationship between the nutritional status and the work performance, it will be possible to generate healthy habits of the employees, to generate a change in the way of thinking of the entrepreneurs and to promote future interventions that support the feeding in the site of Avoiding a working population with future chronic diseases and contributing to the public policy of promotion and prevention, in this way it will be possible to obtain an improvement in the productivity of the company and will be given guideline so that the other companies can promote healthy habits of life Understanding its multiple benefits as; Better performance, less absenteeism, lower disease risk, lower costs and a lower level of stress. .
