Resumen
The purpose of this project is to implement an organized management system that optimizes operation, improves maintenance times, prevents equipment malfunctions, and provides greater safety and organization for operators in the Well Construction services cementing laboratory. Also, it seeks to obtain a continuous and effective monitoring of the stock in terms of products and spare parts available for the development of the functions to be carried out in the laboratory. This will be developed through the experience obtained in the operation of this equipment, logs of procedures carried out and technical documentation, where the prevention of failures and system stops is sought, having optimal availability and greater efficiency in the machines. Firstly, by means of a software developed in Microsoft Excel, the management of everything related to inventory of spare parts and laboratory samples will be carried out, seeking optimal management in the control of entry, exit and use of these materials. Having elaborated the above, a maintenance program will be implemented through the same software through alerts of the preventive tasks to be carried out, corrective maintenance history, equipment calibrations, indicators and some methodologies recommended in the industry such as equipment criticality analysis. The work aims to change the obsolete maintenance format that is currently carried out and move it to a more optimal digital system that allows knowing and systematically reporting the status and operability of laboratory equipment through knowledge of maintenance indicators. In order to obtain an increase in productivity and reliability in the processes carried out in the laboratory.
