Programa integrado de sostenibilidad para la aplicación de la NTS TS 003 en la agencia de Viajes Oaca Colombia

Abstract

The present project was developed to the purpose of designing a sustainability and Integrated Program for the travel agency Oaca Colombia. This is the central axis for the certification in the sectoral technical standards of sustainable tourism (NTS-TS 003), issued by the sectoral standardization units on tourism sustainability, and regulated by resolution 3860 of 2015, pass judgment by the Ministry of try, Industry and Tourism. To made this program, the legal responsibilities of the travel agency and it's activities were identified, as well as the impacts (social, environmental and economic), based on the above, business policies and objectives were set, the activities for the fulfillment of the policies, goals were set too, and tools were designed for the control and fulfillment of activities.
