Resumen
The work is the result of the internship that was carried out in the IN-JU Huellas Foundation, within a social and academic proposal addressed to a population of children from the Usme locality in Bogotá, of which, some are in certain conditions of vulnerability, the interns of the Bachelor of Basic Education with Emphasis in Mathematics of the Francisco José de Caldas District University proposed a proposal to teach mathematics based on art, children's abilities and emotions, with the purpose of establishing relationships between mathematical knowledge and the context that surrounds them, as well as recognizing it in others fields of knowledge, and that through their experiences and their emotions, they understand that mathematics allows them in some way, to recognize the world and everything that surrounds them, and thus they will also develop a critical thinking in front of diverse situations in which can be found daily
