Resumen
Today’s pharmaceutical marketing base large part of their marketing job on face-to-face medical visits. The objective of the Medical Visitor is to present the products that the company produces or distributes to the medical staff. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, visits have been restricted and can no longer be carried out in the same manner. This restricts the possibility of having personal contact with medical staff to supply product information, as well as handing supporting information and being able to collect marketing information to assess marketing studies. The method that we will be apply to achieve the prototype, is a study of the system that is currently used, interviews with the people in charge of the areas involved in order to make a survey of requirements. We propose to make the designs a web application prototype for conducting and managing medical visits. This application will allow to collect the information of each one of the visits for its later analysis and recommendations that will be able to serve to different areas of the company.
