| dc.description | El programa "Voces y Regiones" es una iniciativa del Ministerio del Interior de Colombia, específicamente de la Dirección para la Participación Ciudadana y la Acción Comunal. En este episodio, se hace un balance de los Juegos Comunales Nacionales que se realizaron en Manizales. Se destacan los logros y la organización del evento, así como la satisfacción de los participantes y visitantes. Bogotá se llevó el primer lugar en los juegos, seguido por Cundinamarca, Boyacá y Caldas. Además de las medallas y trofeos, se otorgaron premios en implementación deportiva a los ganadores. Se resalta la importancia de la participación y el sentido de pertenencia de los comunales en estos eventos. Fernando Gutiérrez, secretario de Planificación Nacional de Acción Comunal, y otros líderes comunales, discuten la necesidad de mayor participación y sentido de pertenencia entre los comunales. También se menciona la importancia de empezar a trabajar desde ya en los próximos juegos comunales que se realizarán en 2015. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The program "Voices and Regions" is an initiative of the Colombian Ministry of the Interior, specifically the Directorate for Citizen Participation and Communal Action. In this episode, a review is made of the National Communal Games that were held in Manizales. The achievements and the organization of the event are highlighted, as well as the satisfaction of the participants and visitors. Bogotá took first place in the games, followed by Cundinamarca, Boyacá and Caldas. In addition to medals and trophies, prizes were awarded in sports implementation to the winners.
