Elaboración del Plan Escolar de Emergencias y Contingencias para la Corporación Iberoamericana de Estudios “CIES”

Abstract

This project aims to develop the School Plan for Emergencies and Contingencies of the Ibero-American Studies Corporation "CIES", which, as researched with the staff of the human talent area, is not documenting. For this reason, the development of this project begins with an analysis of vulnerabilities and risk assessment, carried out using the IDIGER color methodology. The plans of the facilities were prepared and existing resources were analyzed as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, stretchers, evacuation routes and meeting points among others with the help of a checklist prepared with the requirements of NTC 1700. Some plans were generated of emergencies as a proposal with the opportunities for improvement identified, then the Contingency Plans were prepared to respond to the particular threats identified and the Evacuation Plan was constructed, starting from the hazard detection phase until the plan's audit, to finalize with some improvement recommendations prioritized according to the investment value required.
