Resumen
The development of academic internships allows the Teacher in Training to apply, in a contextualized manner, learning acquired during academic training, in this way, cooperation is achieved between various public or private entities with university students, for academic, technological strengthening and development. social, as well as work skills for the student. As contemplated in agreement 012 of 2022, the university considers the internship as a type of degree work, where the student carries out an internship or an introduction to their professional work and obtains a theoretical-practical work as a final result. The completion of this theoretical-practical work takes place under the parameters of Law 9 of 1979, Resolution 1229 of 2013 and Circulars 046 of 2014 and 2016 respectively, in which it will be very useful to carry out the final report of the acquired academic responsibility. This is why the underlying objective of the internship is enrichment in terms of professional, academic and comprehensive experience. Therefore, this report covers and delves into the work of support provided to the Technical Group for Articulation and Coordination with Territorial Health Entities (GTACETS) - Invima, in which, with the regulations to follow, pertinent strategies were generated to specify the proposed goals. On the other hand, the thoroughness and rigor with which work time was exercised was a key factor for the presentation of this report, which is expected to comply with what was raised or proposed from the beginning and fill any possible concerns or gaps that may arise. During the lecture. The clarity of the Laws, Decrees, Resolutions and Standards will be explained with detailed rigor. Taking into account the social context of Colombia, health aspects and the importance of the National Institute for Food and Drug Surveillance, as an academic, scientific and practical exploration activity comparable to professional and academic life. Now, for your understanding, this report will be divided into: Health Regulations for Food and Beverages, whose focus is aimed at deepening the aspects related to health issues for the preservation, restoration and improvement of human health conditions; Inspection, Surveillance and Control Instruments by Invima, which are responsible for fulfilling the missionary functions of the entity, focused on the risk-based model, which is responsible for measuring or analyzing product risks, which is associated with the impact of possible damage due to some intrinsic characteristic of the food, drink or product and finally, the approach, classification and pertinent activities of the use of food additives, making a compilation of everything related to additives present in the Current Health Regulations, with the in order to design a quick search tool for additives, a detailed document with the information found in the Regulations. So that each of those axes will be duly treated and explained, with the corresponding bibliography.
