Propuesta de modelo de selección de metodologías para adopción de una arquitectura empresarial en organizaciones

Abstract

In this document the construction of a selection model proposal that seeks to facilitate the choice of the most appropriate adoption methodology of an Enterprise Architecture (AE) for an organization was made, taking into account the characteristics of this as they are size, unit of business and knowing that there are different Frameworks supported by different methodologies, which have both strengths and weaknesses. Research on the current state of the main frameworks of business architectures was carried out to describe the strengths and weaknesses of each of the methodologies that support them, and the characteristics of the different organizations were analyzed to identify which are decisive when establishing what is the best adoption methodology. At the end of this project, a proposal for a selection model was generated that allows choosing the most successful Framework for the organization that aims to implement an Enterprise Architecture. This result contains the theoretical revisions, valuations for the evaluation criteria and filter of the selected enterprise architecture Framework.
