Resumen
The present work revolves around determining the use of fly ash as a residue of coal combustion, determining its applicability as an additive for hydraulic concrete. it seeks to establish the quality of the final product and its advantages over concrete without the additive, As well as the numerous benefits it offers. In this way the the environmental impact that it produces as a pollutant residue of the industrial process is mitigated.
The knowledge and professional experience of the Engineering establish an excellent basis to carry out, effectively, actions of this line. In the development of the topics we have as a basic principle to look for the processes the most suitable processes for our status as a developing country taking into account succesful studies conducted in other countries, based on national standards and taking as reference international standards.
